If you cannot find your battery via the Battery Optimizer feature, follow the steps below:
- Disconnect the charger from both the wall socket and the battery and wait 1-2 minutes
- Re-plug the charger into the battery, ensuring the plug is level and fully connected to the battery pins
- Re-plug the charger into the wall socket
- Close the Radinn app completely and restart it
- Turn Bluetooth off on your phone/device and then on again
- Keep phone/device close to the jetboard battery
- Open the Radinn app (updated to latest version) and go to ‘My Batteries’
- Click ‘Optimize’
- Click ‘Start Battery Optimization’
- You should now be able to see your battery
If the steps above don’t solve your problem, try restarting your phone and completing the steps again. If the problem persists after that, submit a request with our Product Support team and they will assist you.
