If you are having problems finding your battery via the Battery Optimizer feature, then carefully follow the below steps:
- Disconnect the charger from everything (both the wall socket and the battery)
- Plug in the charger to the wall socket
- Connect the charger plug to the jetboard battery
- Close the Radinn app completely and restart it.
- Turn phone/device Bluetooth off and then on again.
- Keep phone/device close to the jetboard battery
- Open the Radinn app (updated to latest revision) and go to My Batteries
- Click Optimize
- Click Start Battery Optimization
- You should now be able to see your battery
If still not successful, try restarting your phone completely and redo above steps
