Make sure that the hand controller is fully charged. See our article The hand controller isn’t charging to ensure that you are charging the hand controller correctly.
Also check for firmware updates. To update your hand controllers’ firmware, open your Radinn app and navigate to the "Hand controller" section at the bottom of the home screen. Then press the throttle all the way down for around 45 seconds until the LED lights stop flashing and LED lights 2 and 4 turn on with a steady light. From there, release the throttle and select the“Update hand controller” button in the app.
Once you have completed the steps above, try again to pair the hand controller with the jetboard. To do so, you have to attach the magnet key into its designated holder at the back of the jetboard. Then, press the hand controller throttle all the way down until the LED lights begin to flash. When they stop flashing, the hand controller is paired with the jetboard.
Note that the Bluetooth antenna is situated inside the board’s jetpack and the connection will become disrupted if the end of the board is fully submerged underwater. When trying to pair your hand controller, make sure the end of the board is not fully submerged.
If the problem persists, submit a request with our Product Support team and they will assist you. Make sure to include your jetboard ID in the request.
