After you’ve completed a ride and the battery has been removed (see chapter "Remove the battery from the board"), attach the rubber connector cover to the jetpack and rinse the board using fresh water. Make sure to also rinse the jetpack cooling system and outlet.
Also inspect the complete jet tunnel for any seaweed or foreign objects that may have become lodged while riding. To do so, turn the jetboard upside down on top of the board bag or other soft surface, but make sure to remove the battery and magnetic key first.
Make sure that all parts are dry before putting them away, and always store the jetboard horizontally in a dry location at room temperature (15–28 °C/59–82 °F). Note - never store the battery in the jetboard.
