Make sure the inductive charging plate is active and the remote is correctly positioned in the center of the charger. Note that center of the remote itself is between LED 4 & 5. As the remote is being charged, the LED lights will begin cumulatively flashing and will reflect the amount of charge accordingly (if first LED light is flashing, the remote is 20% charged, if the second LED light is flashing, it's 40% charged, etc). Note that when first placed on the charger, it can take up to 10 minutes for the LED lights to become activated. Make sure to NEVER charge your remote more than 2 hours at a time.
If none of the above steps help activate charging, submit your details and the ID of your battery into our support form and we will get back to you with further instructions.
